## Which podcast platforms does Podstatus track?

Chart rankings are tracked on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and iVoox. Reviews are collected from Apple Podcasts and Podchaser. Keyword positions are tracked on Apple Podcasts and Spotify. YouTube analytics use public YouTube data, and download analytics come from connected OP3 data.

## How often does Podstatus update podcast rankings?

Podstatus checks supported chart positions every hour. Source platforms control when their own charts change, so an hourly Podstatus check can legitimately record the same upstream position more than once.

## How many countries does Podstatus cover?

Podstatus covers as many as 175 country markets for supported rankings and reviews. Exact availability depends on the platform, market, and chart category.

## Does Podstatus track podcast downloads?

Yes, when the podcast is configured for OP3. Podstatus displays connected OP3 download, episode, geography, app, referrer, operating-system, and trend data. It does not manufacture download estimates for an unconnected feed.

## Which Podstatus plan is best for a podcast network?

Network is designed for a portfolio of up to 25 podcasts and supports up to 10 additional email-report recipients. It includes 100 tracked keywords and 10 Document Studio reports per month.

## Does Podstatus monitor podcast reviews worldwide?

Podstatus collects Apple Podcasts reviews across supported country storefronts and also collects Podchaser reviews. A review can only be shown when the source platform exposes it.

## Do podcast reviews improve Apple Podcasts rankings?

Apple says ratings and reviews do not directly influence Apple Podcasts Charts or Search. Reviews can still provide listener feedback and social proof, but Podstatus does not present them as a guaranteed ranking tactic.

## Does Podstatus provide historical data from before signup?

Tracking history generally starts when a podcast is added. Podstatus cannot recreate every past chart or search observation that it did not collect.

## Does Podstatus have SmartLinks or campaign attribution?

Podstatus provides a public Podcast Page with one URL and links to listening apps. It does not currently provide tracked SmartLinks or attribute clicks or downloads to campaigns. A buyer for whom link-level attribution is essential should use a complementary attribution product.
