We are an Australian, family-run company, based on the Sunshine Coast. Our family are all Yoga teachers, we founded Australia’s most popular Yoga school. In this podcast we provide straight talking, science based, health information, guided yoga and meditation. In 2012 one of our family was diagnosed with a serious illness. Our focus dramatically changed. We devoted ourselves to hours of research and testing and discovered a natural magnesium based solution that works.
