Boss Moves seeks to alleviate the gap in the podcast world of stories being told that don’t represent a huge piece of the community, minority women. As a women’s empowerment enthusiast and upcoming influential part of the women’s community herself, Erika Pope (the host) looks to deliver this platform to the world. Boss Moves will celebrate both the highs and lows of the journey to being successful, and will do this in the rawest way possible. Boss Moves looks to take the sugarcoating out of the story behind these women’s journey’s. It seeks to be relatable and inspiring at the same time.
