Hafida Akanour has over 25 years of experience in finance, risk management, and strategic projects for major banks. After earning a Master's in Finance from Strasbourg, she managed portfolios at Amundi and ING. She then founded her own consultancy and collaborated with BNP Paribas. Certified in coaching, she opened her office in Casablanca in 2011. She combines economic expertise with a human approach (kinesiologist and hypnotherapist) to support leaders. Her podcast "CEO’s Enlightenment" explores the deep decision-making mechanisms of leaders that contribute to their success.
