Each episode offers clear, easy-to-follow movement instructions for a single exercise. The exercises have been modified by a kinesiologist to support aging bodies and ensure they can be done in your home. You can follow along even if you have challenges with vision or memory. The podcast was created for my dad, so he can stay active and healthy — even when I'm not there to work out with him. xo
