They have both spent years working in dentistry, but in vastly different ways. Nekky has spent years building a running Wayside Dental, a successful 21-op practice in Lloydminster, Alberta. Nekky developed the award-winning course, Third Molars Online, teaching dentists the art and science of extracting third molars. Akhil was a management consultant with a "big 4" consulting firm in his past life. He now occupies his time struggling through dental school and helping run Sage Dental Partners, a practice transition advisory firm that helps dentists sell their practice.
