The use of beer as a way into discovering new ideas and exploring culture and history is something that has really grabbed hold of me. It's why I keep chatting to brewers, historians, authors, and archaeologists on the main feed (beoirfest.com/podcast). But there are too many people I can never talk to. So this new podcasts uses AI technology to discuss articles, and findings in an entertaining way.
