Mulat Talks is the University of the Philippines Visayas’ premier interactive radio program under the DYUP 102.7 FM blending critical analysis with the vibrant, unfiltered spirit of student life. We navigate "anything under the sun" —from pressing social issues to the relatable “bardagulan” and “dogshow” of the Miagao campus. We believe that being "mulat" (awakened) doesn't always require a somber tone; sometimes, the sharpest truths are found in our most candid conversations.
