Post & Delete is the unfiltered, hilarious, and unapologetically real podcast from comedian Ketra Long who decided to hit "record" while fighting breast cancer for the second time-because if she doesn't laugh she might cuss somebody out. Each week, Ketra along with her co-host whom she affectionately refers to as "B Mic Whit", serves raw truth with a side of side-eyes, calling out the awkward, absurd, and sometimes straight -up stupid parts of life, cancer dating, healing and everything in between. No topic is too taboo, no joke is too dark because sometimes life comes at you hard. And while there are no edits in real life, we'll Post it here, regret it later and delete it.
