Prayers Not Pills is a serious comedy about an ethical dilemma. Should Doctors pray with patients? Centred around the story of a young Doctor caught within the warring ideologies of a champagne Marxist and a humourless Evangelical, whilst also trying to help a highly dysfunctional Scouse patient. Set within an NHS Clinic that is short on money, is under pressure, and with a Service Manager desperate to cut costs even further. What could possibly go wrong?
