He had the ability to explain the most profound, deep and complex subjects, so that even a laymen can easily understand and actually repeat what he taught. He recorded his shiurim meticulously, and left over a vast library of audio recordings that are all available at rabbikirzner.org. 100% of the proceeds of the site go directly to his widow to help her with the family of 11 children that Rabbi Kirzner Zt'l left behind.
