About?

Here it is, my first podcast segment “Accepting and Committing to your true self” In this segment we will be discussing what accepting your true self actually means. We will be drawing from principles of CBT, ACT and Conscious science. We will then be taking about how to commit to your true self; the difference between living goal oriented and value led living. There is a significant focus on increasing psychological flexibility to help understand and adapt thinking patterns, regulating emotions and choosing behaviors that help you to live rich, meaningful and purposeful lives.
