I’m Dr Nnenna Ndika, a clinical psychologist and integrative medicine healer who has walked through burnout, chronic symptoms, and deep nervous system overwhelm in my own body. In this podcast, I invite you into a quieter way of healing... one that listens to the body, honors the mind, and includes what I call the “inner healer” within. You won’t find hype, quick fixes, or pressure to “optimize” yourself here. Instead, we explore gentle, grounded conversations on the mind–body connection, nervous system care, energy and frequency, environmental wellness, and the deeper questions of consciousness and spirit.
