This is a real time diary of one woman's attempt to consciously build the practice of going into the garden each day with the intent to stand still, listen, observe and connect with the all that is. Each episode takes just over a couple of minutes - listen when and where suits you best, but one day I hope it'll be outside with a cup of tea.
