Tea, Trials and Moving miles-A Podcast Welcome to "Tea, Trials, and Moving Miles" We’re Kirsty and Jemma—two Brits who traded drizzle and Jaffa Cakes for the land of endless sunshine and marshmallow-infested salads. 18 months ago, two families packed up their lives in the UK and landed in the USA with no idea what we were doing. Seriously, we could have used a podcast back then! Through a Facebook group, we found each other, started comparing stories, and realized navigating life here is like an extreme sport. From school systems and grocery stores to visas and trying to figure out why on Earth Americans eat biscuits with gravy—it’s been a ride.
