Namaste Friends. My name is 'Shinil Subramanian Payamal' and you are welcome to ‘The 8020 Code’ podcast. On this podcast, I am going to post book reviews, news about the latest book releases and more importantly, share with you the things I have found interesting and learnt after reading all this material which will help you crack the ‘8020 code’ and get into the top 20% of your chosen field. In short, this podcast is aimed at people who are entrepreneurs or those who want to transition from a job mentality to an entrepreneur mentality. I will be uploading at least one episode per week on Saturdays at 09:30 PM Indian Standard Time i.e. 04:00 PM GMT.
