The Brain Game is a personal journey. A weekly mental health check where I will document my experiences through content creation, anxiety and depression. I’ll record this every Friday morning, and post that afternoon. I may also invite some friends to come on and discuss their own experiences from time-to-time, but it will mainly be a solo podcast documenting my own struggles. It’s not a diary or anything, more or less a dialogue of experiences that I will share in hopes of helping others understand the trivial pursuit of mental health.
