About?

I'm Kamran Bedi the host of The Think & Grow Podcast. I have been working with people over the last 10 years helping them overcome anxiety, fear, stress, burnout, as well as helping people with their relationships, careers, confidence levels and self-esteem. I utilise Mindfulness, Eye Movement Therapy, Hypnotherapy and NLP in my professional work and now have many years experience working with people from different walks of life and of all different ages. I am also the author of two books, 'Your Mind is Your Home' and 'The Anxiety Antidote'. My podcast show allows me to help you experience some coaching style questions, methods and processes that can help you 'think & grow' in any area of your life. It may be your career, mental health, relationship, health and fitness or even a specific goal. In each episode I will share some methods, some real life examples of the people I have worked with to help you expand your mind and encourage you to think, but to also highlight and bring awareness to the many ways you can overcome anxiety, fears, phobias, relationship challenges and more. I'm looking forward to sharing my wide and extensive personal and professional experience with you to help you with methods, tools, skills and techniques that you can use in your day-to-day life.
