The Underswell is a concept I created to describe all the little things happening in between the big events that make up the majority of our lives. It's the current that gets you to where you're going. It's all the effort you put into all the other things that eventually become your wins and even losses. These are the lessons learned. Professionally speaking, The Underswell is the story underneath your reputation. I'm here to help uncover that story. I use podcasting as a service to record an authentic conversation that uncovers your real and true story, highlights your strengths, shows off your true character, and lets the world know who you are beyond the headshot and the bio. This benefits the interviewee and interviewer (hiring managers, recruiters, etc.), and listeners looking to learn from a broader range of people (beyond CEOs, founders, and experts).
