About?

It's incredibly lonely living with a shaming, savage, severe critic, especially when somebody says 'Oh, yes, I'm self-critical too' and you know that their critic is like a sapling compared to yours. Join me as I talk about life with a critic so strong I can't - at times - bear to even listen to what it says. I will be reflecting on what helps me...and what doesn't and hope you may feel a little less alone as you hear my words. My name is Ali and, in addition to this adventure, I talk and write about ME/CFS at All about ME/CFS by Ali at Living an Everyday Kind of Life.
