45度是指现代年轻人的生活态度和价值观，不再追求传统意义上的"卷"(努力工作)和"躺"(舒适悠闲)，而是追求一种平衡的状态，既不累得"卷不动"，也不满足于"躺不平"，希望能够在生活和工作之间找到一个自己的平衡点。 45 degrees refers to the life attitude and values of modern young people, no longer pursuing the traditional sense of "rolling" (hard work) and "lying" (comfortable and leisurely), but pursuing a balanced state, neither tired "rolling", nor satisfied with "lying flat", hoping to find a balance between life and work.
