Since its founding in 1919, BND has proven its ability to aid the community banking system in the state, with one of the positive outcomes being that North Dakota maintains the most financial institutions per capita than any other state. As a bank owned by the state, we consider it our responsibility to now help our banking partners figure out Fintech.
