Adam & Eve on a Raft is a radio play by Dennis Finnegan (music & sound design) and Johny Blood (book & lyrics), based on their 2018 stage play, which premiered at the San Francisco Fringe Festival in 2018 and won the “Best of Fringe” award. It was also performed at the Marsh Theater in San Francisco that same year. Adam & Eve on a Raft features 12 original songs and 12 monologues in 2 acts that tell the story of a couple searching for their place in the world after losing the life they loved. The radio play version of Adam & Eve on a Raft was recorded and produced by Dennis Finnegan, mixed by James Crocker, and mastered by Myles Boisen. It features Johny Blood and Juliana Sorem in the spoken roles and Dennis Finnegan and Kathy Sparling in the singing roles. The musicians include Dennis Finnegan on acoustic & electric guitars, bass, dobro, lap steel guitar, and percussion; James Crocker on organ, piano, dobro, & percussion; Tim Rowe on drums & percussion; Phil VanOuse on accordion; Myles Boisen on lap steel guitar; and Steve Finkelstein on percussion.
