We've reached the point in human history where almost all information is readily accessible to everyone. We either choose to know the truth, or we don't. Discovering the truth about false narratives on certain topics is harder to process through than when we go through it as a kid, but the sequence is the same. I discuss all life topics in candid yet compassionate ways, but not to overwhelm- and the compass is always set on optimal personal health & community strength. This show is for those starting to wonder about or question some things, but don't like anything too dark or scary.
