Hector and Lois are siblings who were both diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder. Lois lives in London and Hector in Vienna. Despite the distance, they regularly check in on each other to offer support when needed. Here they'll be talking about different aspects of living with GAD and how they get by. Is it fun? Kinda… The topic is serious, but part of their coping strategy is to share experiences and laugh about how terrible the condition can be.
