I chant the sentence once, you just have have to repeat it with me on the second time ✨ 3. one time to chant it together - Why should we chant Mantras ? Besides honouring the practice of Yoga and its origins, when you recite a mantra, the most important thing is the vibration it produces in your organism. The sound generates energy and releases hormones which helps your body to function better.
