In business, is trust just a word people use to sell more or gain the confidence of their colleagues? Or should it be at the core of strategy, the driving force behind the way the organisation is led, collaborates and sells? And if it is, what value is created as a result? This is the question we will look at with leaders in their field, people who have focused on building high trust relationships with customers, colleagues and investors, and used this to create far more value together. What does this look like in practice? What difference does it make? And what are the challenges in trying to make trust the central strategy of the organisation?
