Welcome to the Confident Teen Podcast! It has been my deepest intention, over the past 4 years on my own journey, to provide value, and to help support other souls, especially teens. I am a mama of two, a wife, a certified teacher, and a holistic health coach. I believe in the power of sharing our stories and our lessons to help support others. I also believe Confidence is deeply rooted within us all, we have just forgotten how to access it. My hope is that you know, adult or teen, that you are worthy, you are capable, and your potential is limitless. I am so grateful to have you here.
