This podcast features projects of the EMC2 Group: an education consultancy that seeks to support school stakeholders in creating equitable learning environments for all. Using principles of EqSTrEAM educational response, the EMC2 Group team of educational leaders center representation, research, reflection and "righting" school traditions and practices that limit or constrain. We will use this podcast as a gateway to conversations about moving from the margins (the extremes) into spaces where learning is community relevant and inspired by growth mindsets.
