My intention with this podcast is to help people wake up to who they truly are beyond stories and painful emotions and beliefs, using my coaching and healing skills to do so. I call my process Emotional Alchemy as it truly feels magical in how people are able to transform in such a short time using only awareness, a safe space and gentle guidance. My hope in sharing these episodes with you as a listener is that you can benefit from it as well.
