Familles en transition est une série balado qui explore les parcours de parents dont l’enfant entame une transition de genre. Animée par France, mère d’une femme transgenre adulte, la série part d’une quête personnelle : rencontrer d’autres parents, écouter leurs histoires et mieux comprendre les réalités vécues par les familles. Au fil des épisodes, les confidences se tissent — celles des parents, des personnes trans, des spécialistes — autour des annonces, des hésitations, des questions, des démarches médicales… mais aussi de l’amour et de l’évolution positive des relations familiales. Dans certains épisodes, Chelsea, journaliste et femme trans, se joint à la conversation et y apporte son vécu, sa lucidité et son regard empreint d’humanité. --- Families in Transition is a podcast series that explores the journeys of parents whose child begins a gender transition. Hosted by France, the mother of an adult transgender woman, the series grows out of a personal search: meeting other parents, listening to their stories, and better understanding the realities families go through. Throughout the episodes, personal stories unfold — from parents, trans people, and specialists — touching on coming out, doubts, questions, medical steps… but also on love and the positive evolution of family relationships. In some episodes, Chelsea, a journalist and trans woman, joins the conversation, bringing her own experience, her clarity, and her deeply human perspective.
