Hello and welcome to "Frit, Fire and the Feminine". We are, Helen Grierson and Almudena Rocca. We are a mother-and-daughter artist duo that brings you a podcast about all things arty, creative and nurturing. Helen is a self-taught glass artist with over 20 years of experience behind her and as a former teacher found her love for glass later in life. Almudena went to art school and has been carving a creative career over the past 4 years since graduating. While Almudena's work explores intuition and mental health, Helen is currently exploring the expansive journey of ageing.
