About?

What if the most powerful work you could do on yourself happened while you were falling asleep? Good Morning, Subconscious is a guided meditation podcast designed for the two most receptive moments of your day … the quiet just before sleep, and the stillness just before you rise.  No busy mind to push through. No willpower required. Just you, your subconscious, and a direct line to the beliefs that have been quietly running your life. Each episode combines the science of cardiac coherence with subconscious reprogramming techniques to help you identify, release, and replace the patterns held deepest in your body and mind.  Episodes come in groups of three, each one building on the last. Moving from, releasing what’s been stored in the body, to tracing it back to its origin, to installing a new identity that your nervous system recognizes as true. Topics include money mindset, worthiness, self-worth, receiving, generational patterns, anxiety, and the stories we inherited and never thought to return. This podcast is for you if you’re done with surface-level affirmations that don’t stick. If you’ve done the work,  read the books, been to the therapy, know the patterns intellectually and you’re ready to change them at the level where they actually live. Good Morning, Subconscious was created by Stephanie, a certified HeartMath Practitioner specializing in stress, anxiety, and self-regulation, and a certified RTT Practitioner. Her work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, somatic healing, and subconscious reprogramming and her voice has a way of taking you somewhere you didn’t know you needed to go.
