About?

A lot of us say the wrong things during the grieving period even when we mean well. Yet, not enough people are speaking about grief. Not enough people take the time to grieve properly and openly. There’s still so much stigma and shame around grief. We’re told we can’t grieve for too long and you should accept and move on quickly etc ☹️😕🙁 At Grief Angels Podcast, we show up for our grief, we make time for it and we embrace it. As painful as it might be, we show up. We heal together. We demystify grief. Let’s get better at grief.
