Heart Transplant Motivation N.M.P
I will discuss congestive heart failure. I want to tell my story about receiving a heart transplant. The roller coaster ride and the process. I want to motivate those that may have to or has gone through the same thing. I will discuss the importance of Family, Support system, God(prayer),the importance of a will, power of attorney and many other things that we do not always think about such as diet, fluid intake, exercise and stress. I will also discuss what gets me through each and everyday something I call N.M.P.
