Naoyuki Yoshida, a young, successful musician and, as of late, newly crowned Grammy Award winner, returns home in the afterglow of a career high. However, the crime scene that was his seventh party lingers in his vision—the ever-present phantom image of his brother and mother lying motionless on the ground. It’s been fifteen years since that spring night, and yet the reverberations of a round of gunfire remain as a persistent hum in his chest. When his estranged father, fresh from prison, knocks on his door bartering a revenge quest, Naoyuki sees this as a new path for atonement.
