Each 25/35-minute lesson pulls you into a conversation before you're ready, then gradually builds confidence. We recommend completing one lesson day, every day to build on your knowledge base. Each lesson also contains the word set/concepts learnt during that session in the description for extra study. However, it is not required to still get results out of program.
