Join me as i talk to my family and friends and share the bonds that we have in these little intricacies of life. I focus on mental health seeing as it's a very significant time to be talking and focusing on it. We all know what it's like to not have it together mentally and I hope this helps us cope. I suffer from an anxiety disorder and I want to share my experience with others.
