Kept Secrets - A podcast about overcoming childhood (sexual) abuse
Welcome to Kept Secrets! I have created this podcast in hopes of helping other survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I dive deep into my personal experiences and treatment that helped to heal the brokenness. At the age of 5-6 years old, my abuse started and continued for many years. I discuss how PTSD, depression and anxiety have affected my life. I also discuss how I have been able to overcome the abuse and move into a very stable and happy life. I'm not a therapist; I just talk about my own experiences with my psychologist.
