Life With Kat Walsh is a personal journal style podcast that documents Kat’s unconventional path in the hope that her story, insights and learnings help illuminate the lives of her listeners. In 2020, she left her corporate life and followed an inner calling to create her psychedelic podcast, TRIP ON THIS. Accompanied by a spontaneous mystical experience, Kat lives her life now following an inner voice that guides her along every choice, every action, every step. She shares in this journey of awakening with a bold willingness to say truths she had previously wished to bury away, vulnerability over her fears, and all the lessons, learnings and victories that come from living in an entirely new kind of way.
