Welcome to Make the Space with Ashley. I'm a Puerto Rican from the Bronx trying to make a safe space to talk about everything mental health in a world and culture where mental health is taboo. This is a space where I will get real; share my experiences and on going journey with my mental health and my guests can do the same.
