About?

M&D(Mum&Dad) seeks to bridge the gap between us and our parents. I want to give people the platform and voice to really let their parents know what is in their hearts. It will be done respectfully and truthfully. We need to be honest about childhood traumas and pain. There’s a lot we haven’t broken away from that still haunts us as adults. This podcast will help you free yourself and let go of that weight or burden. We want to bring up a next generation of parents that will have great relationships with their kids. It will also be an opportunity to know what our parents really want us to know.
