Me:Tm was created amidst the global pandemic in response to the rise in stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional imbalance felt as a collective. The partnership of Michelle Eggink and Tom Messina is rooted in the mission to support self-healing and personal growth with consciously crafted guided meditations and binaural beats. Michelle Eggink is a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher and Tom Messina is a Professional Musician and Producer. Michelle and Tom have teamed up with their aligned passions for meditation and music to provide accessible, enjoyable content for all levels.
