Mind Renewal Experiment This is my experiment for renewing my mind to trust in the Lord. It contains messages of my love for God, His love for me, and other biblical truths to assist in training my brain to relax, release muscle tension, and let go of pain and stress. I took a course in hypnotherapy so I could create self-hypnosis scripts for my personal healing. Disclaimer: These audio recordings represent my personal practice as a student.
