Movies Kill Plants combines two hobbies into one podcast: watching movies and caring for houseplants. Each episode features movie reviews, news and film commentary. There is also a segment on plant care and a spotlight on a plant from the host's collection. Tamara Dunn is an award-winning journalist and film critic. She is a member of the Colorado Association of Black Journalists and GALECA: The Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics. Her favorite films are "North By Northwest," "Moonlight," "Daughters of the Dust" and "Collateral."
