O GENTLE LIGHT Monastic Radio Outreach
Welcome to O GENTLE LIGHT, a local radio outreach, by monks for monks and for the spiritual benefit of every listener. First broadcast in 1994 by monastics in northern California, the weekly radio ministry brought the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the riches of the Orthodox Christian faith to the local community, through readings, prayers, chant, spiritual songs and powerful personal testimonies. Today, this witness to the light of Jesus Christ returns to the airwaves, as the available original broadcasts are shared monthly for believers and seekers of Truth everywhere.
