Once Upon an Upset is a podcast of stories and conversations to help make sense of difficult times, for kids and parents. New episodes every Wednesday! (All episodes written, performed and produced by Jessica Laurel Kane, and all music made by Jerome Rossen at Freshmade Music.) I also started another podcast for adults only—Once Upon an Upset-The Interviews—where I interview people about topics such as mental health and parenting. And if you’re interested in listening to my memoir-based podcast for adults about my mother, who passed unexpectedly in 2016, it’s called A Woman Called Mother.
