Join us every Tuesday at 11am at 63 Washington St in Weymouth Landing, as we explore the importance of breath awareness and the transformative power of conscious breathing. Led by our experienced breathwork facilitator, our classes provide a supportive and inclusive space for you to connect with your breath and discover its incredible benefits.
