Process Over Product
There are two clay classes. One is tasked with replicating the perfect vase — a product. The other is told to create as many pots as possible — a process. The process group obviously makes more work, but surprisingly, they also make better work. The result runs counter to what we’re taught about control, perfection, and outcomes.
