Welcome to the PROGRESS podcast! I'm Konsta Ivanov, and I am excited to share my journey and insights with you. For the past 18 years, I have immersed myself in the pulp and paper industry, exploring everything from logging to the production of specialty types of pulp, paper, and cardboard. My career began in 2006 at the Solombala Pulp and Paper Mill. Since then, I've transitioned into consulting and engineering, spearheading large investment projects for industry leaders. Three years ago, alongside my partner, strategic management expert Andrei Zauter, I co-founded Zetta Consulting. As the head of the Technology and R&D department, I drive innovation and development within our projects. The inspiration for this podcast came to me in a cafe, sparked by my children's curiosity about my work. Through this platform, I aim to share my experiences, knowledge, and discoveries in the fascinating world of wood, chemistry, pulp, paper, and cardboard! Join me in my journey!
